Most orders will be processed within 1 business day. We use Taiwan Post (Chunghwa Post) as our shipping service and provide tracking information on all of our shipments. Every disc will be wrapped in bubble foil to ensure a damage-free delivery. In terms of packaging we use the following:
- 1 Disc – Cardboard Envelope (31x23x3{cm})
- 2-5 Discs: Cardboard Box (31×22.8×10.3{cm})
- 6-8 Discs: Cardboard Box (30x25x15{cm})
- 9+ Discs: Cardboard Box (25x25x25{cm})
We offer free shipping on domestic orders (within Taiwan only) that exceed NT$ 1000.
We also offer free international shipping on orders above NT$ 4000 for South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Hongkong, Singapore and the Philippines.
